WePort is an app for both iOS & Android, and works by connecting travelers & shoppers.
Shoppers - shop for your items as you normally do, and get your stuff delivered to travelers.
Travelers - receive items from shoppers, pack it in your suitcases, and once you arrive at your destination, touch base with your shopper to get things delivered.
We allow shoppers to shop for any goods of personal nature such as watches, general apparel items, shoes, and everyday use items, and let travelers know upfront what they are shopping for.
WePort does not allow carriage or advertising any item that is dangerous in nature, including but not limited to: controlled substances, narcotics, credit cards that not your own, guns or gun powder, or any other items not allowed in the traveler's suitcases. We will monitor and remove such items once advertised on our platform.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once an agreement is established between shopper & traveler, it becomes a binding agreement. Once shopper ships goods to traveler, it becomes necessary for traveler to deliver these goods in original condition to shopper. Once delivery is confirmed, refund will not be possible as service is performed. At any point before traveler commences trip, refund can be processed on a case-by-case basis. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days according to your payment method issuer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may take few more days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement depending on your card issuer.
